Recycled Flower Garden Art Craft Project

I have a friend, who is moving to Florida, and he stopped by with a bunch of odds and ends and asked if I could use them for crafts.  I looked at the stuff... clueless... wondering what I would do with it all, but I said yes.  That was about two months ago and until now, I hadn't really done anything with any of it.  Last week, an idea came to me for some garden art inspired by some of the stuff he dropped off!  A little time, paint and other odds and ends and Viola!  Here is my recycled flower.

Normally this is where I would give you directions, or a list of items you would need, but I'm not going to this time.  I don't think you can guess what the flower is made of and I could be wrong -- maybe it's obvious and I'm just delusional because I am soooo ready for spring!  I am going to make you watch the video and see if you guessed right.

Did you guess what it was made of?  I'd love to know!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
