Gummy Bear Resin Charm Craft Tutorial

I had been asked to do some gummy bear crafts and I did the coaster and decided to put one in a charm to see how it would turn out.  Here it is:

I'll be honest with you, I don't love it.  It kind of loses it's definition in the resin.   It's not bad, but it's not great.

You will need:

- Resin - I like to use Easy Cast because it's low odor (www.eti-usa.com)
- Star mold - I used a silicone ice cube tray
-  A gummy bear

Directions:

1.  Prepare your resin according to the package directions.
2.  Pour resin into the star mold and add gummy bear.
3.  Let it sit for at least 12 hours before unmolding.

That's it!  Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!!

Hi my Love Mona,
I know it would be extra work, but what if you made a gummi bear mold. Then used eiher glittery or colored resin in the mold, then used that "gummi bear" in the pendant. Do you think that would work?

Hi Patricia-
I actually have made the mold! I just haven't had time to edit the video and try making the gummy bear! I'll get there eventually! Thanks Patricia!!
