I had been asked for some fun baby shower crafts and here is what I came up with!

You will need:
-  Golf balls
-  Flesh color acrylic paint
-  20 gauge wire
-  Fine point permanent marker
-  Water bottle caps
-  Hot glue or other glue
-  Thin ribbon in your choice of color
-  Toothpick
-  Drill or rotary tool

Here is the video tutorial:

Directions:
1.  Paint the golf balls with the flesh color acrylic paint.  This will take a minimum of three coats.  I put them on the bottle caps, so they don't roll around.
2.  When they are full dry, glue them onto the bottle caps.
3.  With a drill and a very thin drill bit, drill a hole into the top of the golf ball.
4.  Take your wire and wind it around the toothpick.  This will give you the curl for the top of the head.
5.  Put a dab of glue onto the end of the wire and insert it into the hole.  Allow to dry.
6.  You may need to touch up around the hole with the flesh paint.
7.  Take your marker and draw faces on the golf balls.
8.  Take your thin ribbon and glue it around the bottle caps.
9.  Create a bow with the ribbon and glue it to the curl for a girl and under the chin, if it's a boy (bow tie).

That's it!  Now you adorable decorations, or you can use them as place cards holders.  You can also have a second hole for a wire that you loop and you can put you menu items on them for a buffet!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
