Easter Bunny Art DIY ~ Easter Crafts ~ Craft Klatch

Learn how to create a washi tape Easter Bunny DIY!!!  I made it in the Spring, for Easter, but it is actually perfect for a baby nursery and it doesn't have to be a bunny.

Here's a quick video tutorial, so you can see exactly how I made it!

The links below help support this channel,  as I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

You will need:
Document frame:  http://amzn.to/2tYBpnA
Scrapbook paper:  http://amzn.to/2IxHN8s
Washi tape:  http://amzn.to/2tYiid8
Cricut (Amazon):  http://amzn.to/2wChE2l
Cricut vinyls:  http://amzn.to/2w4DOJj

Directions:

1.  I found a bunny image, which I have linked above and I cut it out with my cutting machine.

However, you can also cut it out with your craft knife.

You can cut it out of different colored paper and glitter paper as well.

2.  When you cut out the image, it pops right out.

3.  I traced the shape onto a piece of white card stock.

4.  Then, I broke out my different washi tapes.

5.  I applied the washi tape over the outline and made sure I went well over the edge of the image.

I kept repeating the colors...

Until it was completely covered.

6.  You can change colors for different looks, moods or decor.

7.  I picked up an inexpensive frame from the dollar store and put my bunny into it.

8.  Once closed up, I flipped it over and glued on a pom pom, for a bunny tail!

So cute, whichever color you choose!

That's it!  Thanks for stopping by!  Remember:  Life's too short not to shimmer, so grab your glue gun and your glitter!™  Stay safe!

DIY: Paper Mart Washi Tape Fourth of July Decorations!

Create festive Fourth of July decorations using washi tape from Paper Mart! Easy and fun crafts!

Be sure to visit Paper Mart for their large washi tape selection and great wrapping paper, ribbons, boxes, etc!  I also used inexpensive items from the dollar store to create a votive and silverware holders that will make your buffet table more patriotic!  I used a dollar store frame as a place to mount a washi tape covered wood star.

Dress up your school supplies with washi tape!  Washi tape comes in all kinds of fun patterns and colors!  This easy and great for any age!

You will need:
-  Washi tape - whatever colors or patterns you like!
-  Pens and/or markers
TIP:  I don't know if I would do it on pencils because the tape might not work well with a sharpener.

Here are some washi tapes available through Amazon:

Here is the video tutorial:

Directions:
1.  Take your washi tape and start it just under the cap.  Especially on a pen, where the cap comes down, you want to make sure you start below the end of the cap.  Otherwise, the cap will continually push the tape down and the cap wouldn't fit very well.
2.  Take it around the pen.  You can keep winding it down, but then you will have some overlap and most washi tape appears to be somewhat transparent and you might have the design bleed through.
3.  On the marker, I alternated patterns for a fun look.

That's it!  Thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
